About HSCB of Charlevoix & Emmet Counties
The Human Services Coordinating Body of Emmet and Charlevoix Counties is the state-endorsed Community Collaborative body for this two county area. The mission of the HSCB is to facilitate inter agency cooperation, coordination and collaboration for the improvement of human services. The Charlevoix Emmet HSCB meets from 9:00 to 10:30 am the 4th Wednesday of each month with the exception of December and July, no meetings take place during these two months. Meetings are held at North Central Michigan College in the Library Building at 1515 Howard Street; Petoskey, Michigan 49770
